1. Services Overview

ServiceTo is a Canadian-based online platform that connects users (“you”, “customers”) with verified third-party home service professionals (“Providers”) for various services, including but not limited to:

Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Cleaning, Landscaping, Handyman Repairs, Renovations, Smart Home Setup, and more. We facilitate booking, communication, and payment—but do not perform services ourselves.

 

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • You will provide accurate and truthful information when registering, booking, or requesting service.

 

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via our online form or by direct inquiry.

  • Prices are provided as estimates or direct quotes based on provider rates.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
  • You agree to pay all fees for the requested service, including applicable taxes and platform fees.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation charges.

  • Emergency exceptions (e.g., medical or unforeseen events) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Provider Responsibility

ServiceTo connects you with independent, third-party service providers. We:

  • Vet and screen providers for quality and reliability
  • Facilitate scheduling, payment, and communication
  • Do not guarantee or warranty the workmanship or outcome of any service
  • You acknowledge that all service responsibility and liability rests with the individual provider unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

6. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate service details (location, time, special instructions)
  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Notify ServiceTo of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner
  • Treat providers with professionalism and respect
  • Misuse of the platform, fraudulent behavior, or abusive conduct may result in suspension or legal action.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceTo shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from services performed
  • Loss of data, revenue, or property
  • Provider misconduct, lateness, or cancellation
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages)
  • Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of ServiceTo Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
